Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our end.
If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and assist you.
Refunds
Approved returns made within the 30-day return window will be issued as store credit only. Store credit will be emailed to the customer and can be used toward future purchases on our website.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned outside of the 30-day window may not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, instructions will be provided for sending the item back.
